It took me six weeks to complete the course; while watching the videos I compiled a "study guide" of 300 pages of material that I can reference later.  Passed first try (a point below my average of the three practice tests).  Videos were Great, no technical difficulties...

The practical prep lab is a good check to see how you would respond to typical scenarios presented by a real examiner; and how it may be presented.  Though it suffers from State-of-the-Art flight equipment that almost no "regular" flight school would have, it does help to see how the flow of a ride might be.

After using Kings Schools for my instrument rating, I wish I had used them for my PPL rating.

I feel prepared and confident to take the Instrument Written exam.  Thank you for another excellent course!

I like the course and it was nice to have some insight on what to expect and where to focus your preparation.

Took me a while to complete as I was studying on nights and weekends, but it helped me get a good grade on the test after a month of studying.  They do a good job of teaching concepts, not just memory drills.

This course made passing the instrument written a breeze, the clear concise videos on each topic and large question pool gave me a solid understanding. The written was easier than many of the practice tests I took!

This is a great review for those applicants who have access to a G1000 equipped Airplane. But for those who have steam gauges or older GPS systems. It would be great if you had a review focused on those that do not have A G1000 system with a coupled autopilot.

I was stuck home during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order in Michigan.  Prior to that, I had started my IFR training and had begun reading material and putting in XC hours.  Since we couldn't fly, I decided to give this online course a try.  I found it entertaining and very useful.  I've taken about 7 practice IFR tests from this program and others and have easily passed all of them above 70% (above 80%!!).  I would recommend this course to anyone.  It easily saved me hours of reading and lots of $$$.  Looking forward to taking my IFR written now that I'm well prepared.
