I found King schools to be a terrific resource to prep myself for the FAA written test. The explanations are super easy to follow, and the instructors are serving them with clarity and humor that is fun to watch. My only criticism is the somewhat dated interface, which reminds me of a 1990s website, but other than that, this is terrific!

Well put together

it was very good thing to watch and listen.

It took me over 2 yrs to decide and take the written although I never stopped flying and reviewed the videos. I finally decided to take it and did well. I did review throughout the 2yrs but finally concentrated  and took it. It helped that I can take anywhere and review while I had down time.

Easy to navigate

I purchased the King online IFR course for the knowledge exam and am so glad I did.  I spent about three weeks going through the course and took my time to make sure I was absorbing the information along the way.  The video segments don't just show you the answers, they show you how to get the answers which is improtant since a lot of the questions on the exam are similar, but not the same as the ones in the course. I scheduled the exam and kept taking practice tests until the day of my knowledge exam.  The practice tests really help you see any areas where you need to focus more. I took the exam and scored 95%. John and Martha break every topic down into easy-to-understand, bite-sized videos! I aced the written test and learned a whole lot along the way too! (some places just want you to memorize and regurgitate facts instead of learning the concepts, but not King Schools!)
