Semi outdated however the material is still valid.  Also the same corny joke we have come to know and love from the Kings.

Very Good -- good refresher and learned a few things

I liked hearing ideas and methods I haven’t heard before to greater increase options and ability to come to a safe “do it” procedure in these situations
